Very good location and splendid view on the lake. Easy to reach from and to by car or bus other towns. The room was nice and clean, great staff everywhere and especially at the restaurant, good food and we had also a nice gift for our daughter due to Easter (chocolate eggs). We came by car and the hotel has an inside garage which was a good option for us. Overall very well maintained hotel with attention to details and customer oriented. A plus was also a good internet connection (could take a business call easily)

Efficient WiFi (once connected). Delicious supper, with unforgettable lake views as the sun went down. Good airco (necessary as it was 35°C when I arrived). Fascinating geographical setting 20 metres from the entry to the Italian enclave of Campione d' Italia.

The restaurant was nice: we had one dinner and all breakfast. No complaint. Staff extremely friendly. The garage is very practical. There is a nice pool that we did not use. Dinner on the terrace is great. This hotel deserves more stars.
